Wheredoistay.com limited is a new style property management company who rent properties directly from the Landlord. Our aim is to provide accommodation for our ever growing client list of professional people seeking residential accommodation in London.

Why are we different?
We pride ourselves in taking full responsibility for the property and will provide you with complete peace of mind in knowing that your property will be treated like our very own.

Our responsibilities are listed below:
1. You the Landlord receive your full monthly rental fee on a pre-selected date via standing order.
2. You receive one month’s rental as deposit.
3. We provide legal Tenancy Agreements. Our contracts include all necessary clauses to safeguard your legal rights as a landlord.
4. We provide comprehensive Landlords Contents Insurance.
5. We produce an inventory of contents at move-in and departure.
6. We are directly responsible for the payment of the following bills:

• Council Tax
• Television Licence
• Water Rates
• Gas
• Electricity

What do we do?
We ensure that our professional clients are looked after whilst living in London.

• We carefully select clients for the property.
• All clients are comprehensively credit checked.
• Clients are required to provide two comprehensive references.
• We provide individual legal Licensee Agreements to clients.
• We carry out monthly property inspections to ensure both cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
• We provide clients with the peace of mind that they are looked after, enabling them to focus their attention on work and enjoying their free time.

What we do not do?
We do not rent property to Local Authorities or DSS registered persons. All of our clients are professional business people working in the London area. We do not allow pets.
